The story in brief The roof needed replacement had 20 year old cedar shakes and changed to middle grade GAF high definition TIMBERLINE composite shingle and new gutters/downspouts. John attended to a room leak after a storm and informed us the roof was done as well as our gutters had a bad design that caused backup due to the heavy rain and overflowed into a window surround. We had many quotes with a wide variety of costs for the same comparable product. John and his team showed up and promptly went to work stripping the roof and at the end of each day cleaning up the mess. The re roof took 4 days and each morning/ afternoon John stopped by to inspect the work . The roof done Johns Gutter guys showed up redesigned and installed the new gutters and downspouts /cleanouts and did an amazing job. They even came back at no extra cost to put the side downspouts/cleanouts into the drain pipe that I hadn't had time to finish before they arrived the first day. The house looks like a new home .
