John and his crew were amazing when we replaced our old cedar shake roof. Honest quote with an onsite visit from John. Zero suprises along the way. JMT actually threw a few extras in because they thought it would be a better job in the long run at no extra charge to us. The crew on site were great. Very respectville of us and our property. Daily they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there. I would not hesitate to recommend them any job, anywhere.

John and his crew were fantastic and had the roof done in a day and a half. They were meticulous about keeping the site tidy and left the grounds the way they found it. The roof looks amazing and is a real upgrade to the house. I especially like the venting system.

John came to our house on Sunday morning, gave us a quote and the brochuers of all the materials which hes going to use on our roof so that we could have a chance to study it before we went ahead with the project.

John and his crew are beyond professional. They changed our roof and replaced 2 skylights for us. When changing the roof, his crew found that the chimney flashing was not done properly by the previous owner and they helped fixing it for us at no extra charge.

John came by a few times during roof installation to check on progress. He made promises/commitments during the quote process and he and his crew kept every one of them. After the job was done, dedicated care was undertaken to clean up.

Hiring a contractor can be a gamble. We'll we won when picking JMT Roofing to replace our 14 year old roof.

We searched Home Stars and picked 3 companies with good ratings. Of these 3 John from JMT was the only one who showed up in person to talk to us. We told him that we seem to have a leak somewhere and did not need a high-end product for this 64 year old house. He listened and did not try to up sell. We had an idea already of the approximate cost and his estimate was within what we were expecting.

He explained how the job would progress from the time the crew would arrive, shingles being delivered, bin placement and clean up. He also checked in everyday.

The crew consisted of Kale and Bon both of whom John spoke very highly of. They definitely know their trade and had half the roof done and the yard cleaned up in 7 hours. Day 2 the other half, which was where the leak seemed to be, was done in record time. Day 3 was clean up. Just as John had said.

The roof looks amazing and the little added touch of painting a not so white anymore stack is the cherry on top. The rest of the house now needs work to match this work of art.
