Showed up with time to spare before the scheduled inspection, and was ready to go. Very thorough work, yet still efficient. Very good value for money. Don't be scared off by his quiet demeanour on the phone. I'm happy that I wasn't.

I needed an inspector to perform a one-year home inspection in a short notice. Inspector Manjur Mirza is very accommodating and flexible. He is very patient and provided excellent service.

I found water leaking into my basement when it rained, so I called Manjur to come and find the root cause. He came on time as scheduled, found root cause very quickly, did very thorough inspection of my basement, advised me on solution and gave tips for further maintenance of the home. Manjur of Reliable Home Inspection did a great job of inspecting my new home for the 30 day Tarion Report. He inspected all elements of the house, prepared the report, and took photos of all defects for me to submit. He found a number of issues I would not have known to look for, a few of which are quite significant (including a structural issue). I would recommend getting a home inspection for your 30 day Tarion Report even if your builder says you don't need one. You never know what the builder may have missed and Reliable Home Inspection did a great job at identifying those items.

Manjur did three home inspections for me. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He is very meticulous. He provides lots of photos with his report, explains everything you need to know about the house. I will recommend his services without hesitation.

Professionnel, competent, efficient, Mr Mirza was very thorough in his assessment, using the thermal camera which made a world of difference and help us finding out that the house had sheltered mice in walls and attics. He showed up one hour before the appointment to carefully assess the house exterior and reviewed his findings with us when we arrived, after starting the assessment inside the house. He was direct and to the point, and prepared a very detailed report on site. A few hours after we received some 300 high definitions pictures by email, including thermal images, which were very helpful to us in assessing the renovation costs. We highly recommended this company.
