My wife and I have a baby on the way so we decided it was time to get a home for our family. We found this wonderful semi-detached in an amazing location, great neighbourhood, and at a great price. Once our offer was accepted, it was time to get a Home Inspector. I had researched as much as I could and found Reliable Home Inspection on this site. I contacted his references, searched through the testimonials, and decide we would use Manjur's Services. I do have to say, he is INCREDIBLY thorough, taking his time in each area and using the best tools to check for any issues including Thermal Imaging, moisture detector, and air flow checker for the vents. He can be very dialed into his work, really taking pride in his job. He is very professional and quite friendly and courteous. His reports are detailed and very helpful. Hands down I would HIGHLY Recommend his services to anyone looking for a Home Inspection.
