Professionnel, competent, efficient, Mr Mirza was very thorough in his assessment, using the thermal camera which made a world of difference and help us finding out that the house had sheltered mice in walls and attics. He showed up one hour before the appointment to carefully assess the house exterior and reviewed his findings with us when we arrived, after starting the assessment inside the house. He was direct and to the point, and prepared a very detailed report on site. A few hours after we received some 300 high definitions pictures by email, including thermal images, which were very helpful to us in assessing the renovation costs.
