They had the best price, and they started the work in a timely manner. I like that they got the job underway and finished it quickly. Also they did not leave any mess behind. They were also very easy to communicate with. All of these elements made this a very smooth transaction.

Contacted Damien from Precision after reading the reviews on this website. He was very friendly and professional. Arrived at the agreed time for a quote and was able to answer my questions. The work was done quickly ( we came home from work and it was done), and clean up was great, you could not tell they had been there. Would definitely recommend them.

I contacted many eavestroughing companies in Ottawa, and Precision was by far the friendliest and was very patient. Being a new community, I canvassed the neighbourhood for others who were interested in getting together for a group buy. I gathered approx. 12 households, and Precision gave us about $100 off regular price through the group buy.

There were some issues with the fascia from our builder, and the majority of us had to wait to install the eavestrough. Despite that, Mario at Precision was extremely patient, and had no problem waiting to install until this was fixed by the builder. I will definitely hire them again.

I moved into a new home and needed eavestrouphing. I had three quotes from different companies who were working in the area. This was the best quote, with the best warranty, with the best colour selection. The work was done quickly, around my schedule. There was no pressure sales, a very friendly, knowledgable and courteous rep. They offered a selection of payment plans. Overall I couldnt have asked for better servcie.

This summer shortly after moving into our new family home located in the Findlay Creek area we were approached by a gentleman called Marty. This young man turned out to be a sales representative for Precision eavestroughing.

He provided us with a thorough explanation of the work he intended us to receive complete with the different systems of brackets and the wide variety of colors he offered that were best suited for our home.

I contacted a number of other companies to inquire about their prices. Shockingly, and to my surprise may i add, many of the sales people i spoke with either did not have time to meet me in person or simply never returned my call. Hence i was left with quotes in my mailbox which either offered little or no detail as well as overpriced (100, 150 and 175$ more than Marty's price!).

Therefore I decided to sign a contract with Marty, I received the installation promptly and have had absolutely no issues other than a small piece of pipe I wished to have extended which the salesperson replaced himself within 24 hours of my call to him.

They came door to door and gave me a free estimate (good for 90 days). Once I committed they were good about letting me know that since the work was all outdoors, I did not need to be around, and within 2 weeks I could expect to have the work done. It was done in one day. They also provided me with a rain barrel attachment.

I appreciated being able to reach them whenever I needed it; and I appreciated that they came by months later to fix an issue we had noticed, without charging us or questioning us as to why it took so long.
