Excellerate Flooring

We have had Joel do two renovation projects for us in the last 3 years. He has installed luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout our main floor, sheet flooring in 3 bathrooms and carpeted our stairs and basement. He also removed and replaced all the doors and
the millwork throughout the house. He also painted all doors, millwork and the entire basement. His attention to detail is superb and we would highly recommend him.

Joel Walrod did an exceptionally, high quality work for a reasonable price. Never after any job was completed was there any need to call him back to re-do things. All were completed in a honest and timely manner
We hired Joel immediately after purchasing our acreage in 2008. The older house needed some major renos including straightening and strengthening floors, new support beam and other significant structural work. Following this, we had him install new flooring throughout the house; install a new bathroom on main floor and renovate existing bathroom upstairs. The results looking great; his advice was invaluable; and the finishing details were impressive. In 2012 we again hired him to be the contractor on our garage. It was a bit of a unique design as we wanted it to match the character of the house. We are very pleased how it turned out. We recommend Joel to all our friends, family and co-workers!

Hands down, the best reno work and service we've ever had! Prior to selling our last house, we had Excellerate completely replace the flooring on our upper and main levels including stairs with new carpet and laminate. He also updated our bathroom with new tile tub surround and lino. We were so pleased with the results! He works endlessly, but efficiently, and he is a perfectionist, so if it's not done right, then it's not done. The completed project allowed us to sell the house quickly and for thousands over what it would have sold for if we hadn't done the work. We will use him again and again and would recommend him to anyone.

We had our whole house done. They removed all the baseboards, the furniture and the toilets and put everything back as it was. We didn't have to lift a finger! It was the best service! They took about 8 days in total for everything. They did in a timely and efficient manner. He was on time and worked hard. We were extremely satisfied with the work done and we have already recommended them to others! And they have had their flooring done with them.
