Quality Hardwood Refinish

Some water damage recently caused bad warping of about 8-9 boards in our engineered hardwood flooring. The team was responsive, came assessed and replaced the boards, and was careful not to damage any nearby boards. Fortunately there was no damage to the subfloor, so it was a minor fix. I also happened to have just enough spare boards on hand, so materials and matching were not a problem.

The team also quickly fixed some wood trim pieces between the tile and hardwood that had come loose

This is the worst contractor I have hired in my life. They were argumentative, rude and arrogant from the start of the job to the end. I had to ask them three times to properly complete a sanding of a section of stairs and did so only after a huge argument. I had to hire another contractor to properly complete the job. Aggressively demanded money after a day or two on the job even though no mention of such payment in their contract.

Cannot say enough bad things about this company.
