Their employee inspected our existing system briefly. He claimed we have a closed system (which it isn't) so we needed an expansion tank and also included an isolation valve which we already have. This made an unacceptably high quote. He offered a 20% reduction if we signed up for their Orbit Membership which he and only he could offer us free for the first year. The labour charges for each item seemed to be based on separate installation of each item rather than as part of the one job.
