Our laundry tub was backed up with water. Our pipes are cast iron and old. We called Our of This World who sent Josh within an hour. He was courteous and professional. He had everything fixed within a short time and gave us recommendations to reduce the chances of a recurrence. We would highly recommend Our of This World.

The job was completed efficiently and professionally by a very personable, pleasant and professional gentleman.

I have used this company many times, and have always been pleased with their service, but I had them come today to install a new kitchen tap and was shocked by the quote they gave me. For 90 minutes of work, I had to pay almost $800 (and I supplied the new kitchen taps), installed by an apprentice.

Clearly, gouging previous customers.

Plumber replaced a leaky shut-off valve and toilet supply tube. They also checked my drains and gave advice. Had an apprentice with him. She was also very nice. Great work. Very nice plumber. The price seems a bit high, as it includes an $89 dispatch fee. I thought this would not be charged if other work was done. That is how my appliance repair company does it. Still, very nice people and great work.
