We had a moldy smell in the kitchen area that appeared while a bathroom Reno was started. Jen showed up, we explained the issue and mentioned when I do laundry the smell shows up in the kitchen. Jen immediately went to the laundry room. Found the smell in the outlet and began to eliminate all plumbing issues. It was a little costly but worth the money to identify plumbing was not the issue. We will now call a roofing company to see if that is the issue. Jen is an excellent employee to have on your team.
