The company installed two windows and a side door at different times. Sales rep came in time, we discussed what I wanted, negotiated price. Installation was done in 3 to 4 weeks, I am not sure right now. Installers were very nice, neat and helpful, they did some extra (minor) work free of charge for me and cleaned the working space. Office staff very nice, excellent management, product of very good quality. I recommended the company to some of my friends and I know they had jobs with the company. I personally will go with them to install windows now and doors at a later stage at my house - just today met with the manager to discuss and sign the contract for the rest of the house. Extremely pleased.

Timeliness of the initial sales visit and the subsequent measuring services should have been an indicator of the unbusinesslike attitude of sales, office and installation staff. Workmanship was below par: bay window still leaks though Architectural Accents continues to doddle with responses to our concerns. Installer crew has been rude, telephone calls and emails to the office about these concerns are haphazardly dealt with to date with little concern for promised call backs or return email messages. This firm's level of service is far below par in all accounts except cashing the cheque. Run, don't walk, away from this company should they appear in your neighbourhood.

Visited this company at the fall home show, request a quote in the new year. Was contacted, and made an appointment for a quote, which for our schedule is very difficult. They showed up on time calling day before as a reminder (which I prefer), made recommendations and suggestions. Let us know how old our windows were and which were in need of replacing and which one could wait. Have yet to be installed (in two weeks) but so far all is gong as planned.

The gentleman was on time and his quote was somewhat accurate. However we were not completely satisfied with his work ethic and time frame to get the job complete. We might use them again...
