The company installed two windows and a side door at different times. Sales rep came in time, we discussed what I wanted, negotiated price. Installation was done in 3 to 4 weeks, I am not sure right now. Installers were very nice, neat and helpful, they did some extra (minor) work free of charge for me and cleaned the working space. Office staff very nice, excellent management, product of very good quality. I recommended the company to some of my friends and I know they had jobs with the company. I personally will go with them to install windows now and doors at a later stage at my house - just today met with the manager to discuss and sign the contract for the rest of the house. Extremely pleased.
