After completion day, I found several deficiencies in my unit. I sent email to THIND deficiency reporting, a girl named Katy called me and arranged the repairman to fix the problems. She called me back informing me that the repair needs more than 2 hours, so they have to reschedule. After several times back and forth communication, Katy settled down the problems before the tenant moves in. She offer me efficient & excellent customer service though the repairman left some issues each time, she patiently arranged to fix the issues whenever I sent email. She impressed me with her patience and efficiency!
