First time buying the unit, there were a few deficiencies. Raised the issue, and no one came to fix the deficiency. I ended up fixing it myself. A few months later the front door of the unit became ajar. Strata says I am responsible for it. I raised the issue to Thind and they said to raise it to Home Warranty. I raised the issue to Home Warranty and *NEVER* heard back from them. I try to fix it myself. I inspected the door, and turns out, the screws used were not up to quality. Instead of 6 inch screws, they were cut off leaving only an inch long. The wood for the door frame were below par in quality. They look like cheap wood and not solid wood. Worse, the frame where the door hinge is on, they were cracked. I had to replace the entire frame. Thind uses low bid builders and low bid builders cut corners on quality of material. I would not recommend Thind to anyone.
