Mersey Heating And Air Conditioning

I use Mersey service experts every year to service and clean my central air conditioner. They are always friendly and professional. They do their job in a timely manner and all for around $200. I would higly recommend them.

I have been using Mersey for 6 years now and am very happy with the service. I needed the motor replaced in my furnace and was delighted to hear after the gentleman came to my home to determine the issue that the yearly fee I pay covered it! Another gentleman came and did the job and like the first was knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend Mersey!

Annual service of furnace and Air conditioner was provided by John Park in a through and professional manner and a problem was identified and parts were ordered. We are promised that furnace will be repaired in a timely manner.

The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable.
For the service # 108465 he performed it very skillfully and didn't rush the job. I'm impressed that all of the Mersey technicians always wear "bootties".

Cleared drain, washed condensing coil, checked the amps and electrical draw. AC ptu, delta t-17, SH-18 tested ok.

A few months ago, the gas company red tagged the furnace in my house which meant it can't be used. The gas inspector had decided the furnace exhaust was made of the wrong type of pipe. I ignored it over the summer but it's getting colder now. I contacted Mersey to deal with the red tag. Their field supervisor John Takla arrived the next day and checked the tag. He carefully inspected the furnace and piping. The inspector had made an error by issuing the tag because the furnace had been installed before the new piping code came into effect. No work was required. John tested the furnace and everything was working fine except for a noisy motor. I knew about the motor and asked for a price to replace it. John also noticed a problem with the air conditioning piping. Oil was present on the line into the furnace which indicated leakage. Testing with a tool to sniff the coolant gas showed the leak was actually from the evaporator inside the furnace. The oil leak explained a black deposit on the top of the furnace. Other furnace technicians had seen the deposit but had not found the source. I am highly impressed by Mr. Takla's knowledge of HVAC and his efficient and effective approach to finding and fixing problems. He is confident in what he says and does. If you have an unusual domestic HVAC problem to solve you might want to call Mersey to solve your problem. He might not be the one to come to your house but he is there to backup whoever does.

Mersey installed my furnaces and A/C units years ago and have promptly sent out highly skilled technicians whenever a problem arose. This summer and heatwave have put on extra stress shutting down my A/C units and furnace blowers 5 times - each time a different problem. Fortunately I have extended warranties because the parts alone would have cost over $3,000.00.Service men carried all but the blower motor in their vans so one visit solved thd problem.Blower motor was installed next day. That's fast service!

Called this morning with no heat. First time I put it on this year. John Park arrived mid afternoon and quickly found the problem and corrected it without requiring new parts. Excellent service

did the final inspection and fine tuning
of a very quiet home system.
