Most of all they answered all my questions ,so that I could make an informed decision.
The installers (Chris and Merlin)
very meticulous.
And last John Takla (field supervisor)
did the final inspection and fine tuning
of a very quiet home system.

They organized the infloor heating pipes and pressure checked the whole system along with installing complete Lennox system and special hot water tank .Bob Fertile did a great job with the sales. Bin did an amazing and thorough job with my system. Very neat and organized. Many thanks!

First time had a furnace emergency in middle of winter and now an air conditioning emergency in summer. In both cases Mersey responded quickly and professionally to help remedy the situation. They replaced the furnace and then air conditioning unit explaining everything clearly and accurately and with professional workmanship.

He also let me know all the important information regarding the product including its features, adjustable buttons and electricity consumption. John was extremely professional, attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. He truly exceeded my expectations.

John Takla from Mersey came by to install our new Honeywell Lryic thermostat. Did a fantastic job. Quick, clean and efficient install. He then (at no charge) fixed a few issues with our furnace that was keeping the house from being properly cooled and made some suggestions that made a huge difference.

This is a guy / company that actually cares. Give them a shot.

Rene came to give us a quote on the work. He is awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different options/features of all the equipment. He checked and measured everything to ensure there would be no issues with the installation and answered all our questions. They were able to schedule the work within a few days. The installation guys - Chris, Anthony, Jonathan and Mike were terrific! They even rolled out the "red carpet" to protect our floors and stairs. They worked all day in really hot temperatures in a small room and stayed late to get the work done in one day. They checked and tested everything and set up the new digital thermostat and explained all the functions to us before leaving. They did a nice, neat job of installing the furnace, hot water tank and ac and ensured everything was clean before they left. Great service all around! I would definitely recommend them.

I've been a service agreement customer with Mersey Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 3 years. Recently, I had a problem with my air conditioner and I experienced priority service. I got a live person on the phone who actually knew where I lived and she dispatched a repairman that arrived at my front door 3 hours later. That's great service! Well done!

We hired three service techs to fix our furnace. The first tech couldn't fix our furnace. We then hired Mersey to take a look.

John came to service our furnace. Not only did he not solve the problem but he made it worse by shorting out our transformer. He said it would cost at least $1000 to solve the problem and even then that wouldn't guarantee the issue would be resolved. He said we should buy a new furnace which they quoted us $5000.

We hired another tech from a third company. He replaced our transformer and solved the problem in 10 mins. It was a short in our wire from our thermostat. Total cost to fix the problem, $25 in parts and $150 in labour.

Mersey ended up charging us $250 for the service call and costing us a new transformer.

I am glad we hired a third tech and not wasted $5k on a new furnace. Our 2007 furnace works just fine, no thanks to Mersey.
