I'd like to compliment one of your employees, JOHN PARK for the excellent service he provided me the other day. He provided timely and helpful advice regarding the brand of furnace I purchased. He also let me know all the important information regarding the product including its features, adjustable buttons and electricity consumption. John was extremely professional, attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. He truly exceeded my expectations.
