Very profession group of people to work with from the estimated right down to the work crew. Neat work and clean up. Met every expectation and were prompt, and delivered the quoted resurfacing with the time frame quoted. Our housing complex will invite them back when needed in the future, without a doubt.

Burnaby Blacktop was great to deal with. Andrew was prompt in providing a quote and understood our needs. The crew was on time and did a fantastic job. We had a tight timeline but Andrew managed to juggle the schedule so we could get our driveway done within a week! I would highly recommend their services!

Friends of ours were looking at having some work done. I asked Rob from sales to come over to our house after he was done to give us a price on some work.
He took the time to pop over and give us a price on the work that we were looking at having done and left a card . There was no pressure witch we appreciate and even when we changed the scope of work
Rob was happy to accommodate and offer a revised quote.
The date for the work to be done was a few days later. The crew showed up with there equipment and coating ready to go. I was able to discuss what work needed to be done and they went to work.
When they were done the Forman went over the site . Asked if we were satisfied. The team did a great job could not have been happier they cleaned up and left.
We would have no problem having the crew from Burnaby Blacktop do work for us in the future and or pass on there information to friends or family.

We had a project that required a substantial amount of material to be sourced, delivered and then prepped on site. Burnaby Blacktop were able to quote the job and arrange everything in a very tight timeline for us. The end result was we were able to hit our target for prep and budget.

Had to get a job done fast. Really helped me out and made sure everything was clean and good when they left. Will recommend to other colleagues at work.
Great service and kept informed

I called for a quote and received it in a timely manor.
The work was scheduled and completed on time with a minor delay due to weather. Once the job was completed a site cleanup was also completed.

We hired Burnaby Blacktop to replace concrete front steps, sidewalks and driveway. Estimate of cost of work by Rob was accurate. During the work we uncovered a problem with rotten wood behind the old steps, and they provided us with an estimate to fix the problem, which was done quickly and professionally. Crews were hard working and knowledgeable. Mike (foreman) kept the job going in the almost constant rain of early June. Very pleased with the final product.

I looked for a blacktop to cover the ditch in front of my house and the back driveway. Eugene came to get measurements and gave me a quote. Except for confusion which day they are going to do the work, the outcome is good. The blacktop installed is smooth and solid. I am happy with their work.

An update to my earlier review (see below) - after several weeks, the owner responded with an apology for the poor communication and offered to redo the work. This time they did an excellent job and to my complete satisfaction.

Original Review: A small blacktop pathway job (8'x12'). Owner said that they have a minimum $1300 call-out fee but accepted $800 which was the same as two other quotes that I received. A tricky job that was handled well (I thought) - it required blending into an existing driveway and included working around a couple of utility covers. That job was done reasonably well. One of the workers convinced me to seal the driveway and new blacktop for a discounted price of $300. It was about $100 more than it would have cost me so I agreed. Unfortunately there were a couple of scabs that lifted off the next day and they had sealed the City water shut-off cap. I contacted the owner the next day and he said he would send somebody to fix it. I reminded him a week later and he said he would send somebody to fix it. That was one month ago and nobody has contacted me yet. I've since cleaned up the water shut-off cap so it can be removed and it looks like I'll need to fix the job myself. Poor work and poor follow-up.
