We generally do not provide quotations over the telephone. However, the office may have communicated what the minimum charge may be but the actual price may be greater than this amount. As indicated when booking your call, upon arrival the electrician would assess the scope of work and provide you with a price. Prior to proceeding with the installation/repair the electrician would obtain your consent (signature) to proceed.

We value integrity in our pricing and our by-the-job pricing reflects that. We do not claim to be the cheapest – as I’m sure you can appreciate, there is a cost to doing business that is unique to each company. However, we can assure you that our electricians are licensed and insured, we are an Authorized Contractor with the ESA and all of our work carries a labour warranty.
We're sorry to hear that your wall got chipped during the dimmer installation. Although our electricians take every precaution to protect the area they are working in, there are instances when minor incidents occur. If you wish to discuss this further, kindly call our office at (905) 795-9556.
