The serviceman was a lovely gentleman but he showed up with the part despite me being very specific with the service desk as to what was needed. The part didn’t seem to be at any suppliers either so it makes me wonder why they would waste my time and their own technician’s time like that. It was also ridiculously expensive and you are stuck as a consumer because you loose your nearly 100$ in service fee if you don’t accept the offer. Well not many people can just throw 100$ to the wind!

Awesome Service

Oakville

Needed help with a fixture, so looked them up and called. Such great service. It starts with great customer service on the phone, to awesome reminders and getting a photo of the electrician is coming to your house. Then super polite and helpful electrician who explains things and the free safety evaluation is awesome. Best service ever. So glad we found this service. Highly recommend for both service and peace of mind. Thank you!

Repair timer, replace light bulbs

Timer was for outdoor lights which was not working and while he was here he replaced some hard to reach light bulbs.

Replacement of wired in smoke detectors

The Electrician did a good job; he was quick and efficient and brought the replacement smoke and co2 detectors and batteries with him. He also did a free electrical home inspection but the overall price was high for a senior, even with the 10% discount.

Pot lights to Pendant

Guy’s were disorganized and wasted a lot of time purchasing boxes and plates for the job. Made quite the mess of my ceiling... requirering extra work to finish the project. I paid good money for poorly executed job.
