Steve came out to repair my dishwasher. The price was reasonable and the service was great from booking to completion. A few days after the repair I had water coming through the ceiling below. Steve came back within 2 hours of me calling and quickly diagnosed a seal was leaking underneath. I was impressed at the response time for an unrelated issue. I would recommend Cascade and will use them again.

I called Cascade Appliance Service and I spoke to Steve's lovely wife. She was able to arrange an appointment within a couple of days. Steve showed up on time. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable He asked very pointed questions and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend Cascade Appliance Service and wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

Terrific, reliable service! Steve was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient in correctly determining the problem. I knew that the previous repairman had botched the fridge job so I was nervous about forking out more cash. No need for concern! My fridge works perfectly and my washer is running smoothly once again. Most of my bill was the cost of parts; labour was more than reasonable. Thanks to Steve (and his very kind wife, Linda). It's a relief to know reliable, quality repair service still exists. Will call again and tell all my friends who ask for a referral.

When our dryer stopped working, we called 2 different companies who collected the service call fee and recommended that we buy a new dryer. We noticed the high reviews for Cascade Appliance and gave them a call. We were not disappointed. Steve arrived on-time and was very polite and professional. Within a half hour he had diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part. Once the dryer was working, he continued to check other parts and ensure that the vents were clear. He then took the time to explain the problem and how to diagnose it ourself the next time. Thank you very much, Steve!

Steve came to our home, after a phone call to say that he would be a little late (snow storm), diagnosed the problem with both appliances, changed the board on our dishwasher (had the part with him), replaced the part that had fallen off the dryer, put it back and closed everything up. He was most knowledgeable and efficient. We had another service call for our dishwasher, problem not diagnosed or fixed, $226.00.
We are most pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Cascade and Steve to friends and neighbours.

Called a few folks (from this list, of course), and ultimately decided to go with Cascade Appliance Service. Steve came out when he said he would (even was able to show up earlier than scheduled), and solved my issue. He knew his stuff, didn't mind me asking a ton of questions, and was able to offer tips and advice on how to maintain everything in good working order.

Steve came out to give us a second opinion after a terrible experience with another co. where we knew we got an incorrect diagnosis. Steve brought tools, research material and was very patient taking the time to test the appliance fully. Unfortunately he confirmed our thoughts and the cost of repair parts outweighed the value of the machine.
