It is not often I am impressed enough with a company's performance that would lead me to take the time to write a review, however Lancaster Heating & Cooling has hit the mark. From project beginning to end, and every employee I interacted with have been customer service oriented, knowledgeable, honest, and highly competent in their roles, making this purchase nothing short of a pleasurable experience and one I felt confident in making. A standout for me was their Sales Rep. (Cassandra), who was so incredibly personable, honest and knowledgeable about the product options, and oversaw our satisfaction from start to finish. She advocated for our needs and the installation timing with her colleagues, coordinating every step ensuring we got full value for our purchase and then some. Talk about going above and beyondwow, what an incredible asset she is to this company and the reason I will only choose this company for any future needs. She instilled trust through her decency and genuine approach, without any pushy sales
pitch that quite honestly would have been a deal killer for
us. Another stand out is Rob
(service technician) who troubleshooted an issue with our old furnace for free, which
kept it going for another 2 years before we purchased our new unit from them. Rob is a highly skilled technician, who also
demonstrated a lot of integrity and
knowledge. I would highly recommend this company!

Several years ago at my church Lancaster did a great job bringing our improperly installed new boiler system up to code. After that I hired them to replace my air conditioner at home. Excellent job on that. Today after 2 years with no maintenance at all it was leaking onto my basement floor, so I called them to service it. It was a common problem -- blockage by dirt and debris in the drainage pipe. Tech Jason came right away, unblocked the pipe, installed some new pipe, and now everything is good. $346 for service call, 1 hour labor, and $50 for PVC pipe, plus tax. I will use them in future and would recommend Lancaster to anyone.

Air conditioner not working in dental office! Fast, efficient service we have come to expect from Kevin and his team from Lancaster. Service contract in place now to avoid any problems in the future. Thanks for taking such great care of us.

I've been with Lancaster Heating and Cooling for at least ten years for my annual furnace, fireplace and ac maintenance, and their service and professionalism has always been top shelf. When my furnace started to go, I went directly to Lancaster for a replacement - no shopping around. Cassandra who sold me the furnace, and Wes and Yohan, who installed the furnace, were professional, provided exemplary customer service, and went above and beyond to address my questions and needs. The entire process from purchase, to installation, to post-installation customer-check-in was excellent. I simply cannot say enough good things about the products and services provided by Lancaster. In a nutshell, they are simply the best. And by the way, the Trane modulating furnace installed is remarkable.

We needed a new AC & furnace, so we obtained 3 quotes and chose Lancaster. Wesley and Johan did a fantastic job with the installation.

I looked up and got quotes from three companies and I got to choose this one for so many reasons like service, attention, pricing and availability.
I am so happy with the unit, it is running great and perfect time it was installed thanks to Cassandra :).
The guys that came for installation really do a great job too.

Installation was good. Furnace that was installed was recalled and there was a class action lawsuit in progress. Follow up Service not so good. Beware of "Rob". Famous for overbilling and unnecessary repairs.

We have used this company in the past and were pleased with the service. After installing our new furnace I had some follow-up questions and requested that our thermostat be connected as promised.

It took some time but the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.
