In September 2019 we made a switch from oil to natural gas in our home. Lancaster Heating and Cooling did a complete removal and disposal of the old system including disposal of the oil tank. They installed new gas lines into the house, and a new Trane heating system complete with air cleaner, a Trane a/c system, and a new Rheem hot water tank. They also did a full house duct cleaning. The work crew was at our house for three days - what a professional and friendly bunch of guys! Their work was superb and the job site was left clean each day. At the end of the installation they explained everything from operating the new programmable thermostat to cleaning the air cleaner filters. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their heating or cooling systems, or even just having their ducts cleaned. Very professional team!

Everyone at Lancaster was phenomenal to say the least. We were well taken care of from start to finish. It says a lot about the company when even the sales rep stops by every other day to check on you and the project. Charlie (our sales rep) did a great job fitting us in schedule and making sure our needs were met. Mike did an excellent job assessing our drawings and arriving at a comfortable tailored solution that not only fit our needs but also our house by explaining all the changes required, advantages and disadvantages to truly make sure the project would be functional and aesthetically pleasing. Thus bringing us to the job itself, Eric especially did an outstanding job with quality work and finishing. His due diligence and attention to detail was remarkable, informing me of every decision made and educating me at the same time shows just how much he and the team care for both the project and the customer. Eric's team comprised of two others Jake and Josh, these two were probably the most respectable people I have met, not only were they fast and efficient with their work but they to would explain and involve me throughout every step to provide me with an overall exceptional experience. I have to say, everyone I have dealt with at Lancaster was top notch, their work ethic and professionalism can be seen clearly through the unity of their entire team. If in the future I or anyone else requires an HVAC install or any other HVAC service I cannot recommend anyone better than these guys.

WOW! What can I say? On the coldest day of the year (Monday, Jan. 21, 2019), I had to arrange a service call for my furnace. I had a carbon monoxide leak and other issues with my furnace. Now, within 24 hours, my new furnace has been installed by Lancaster Heating and Cooling. Their prices are great-reasonable, and readily affordable (I am retired and on a pension). What a fantastic company for customer service! The service technicians from Monday, and the Installation guys today, were professional, cheerful, polite, and kept me informed along the way. The guys were also nice to my dogs. I cant' say enough about this company. Thank you, Lancaster H & C !!!

My experience with Lancaster Heating and Cooling was great, right from the start the sales consultant Cassandra was very informative and explained all the furnace options to me and always returned my calls promptly. The two technicians Mark and Josh who removed my old oil furnace and installed a new gas furnace were real professional, they arrived on time and didn't stop until the job was done. They cleaned up where they were working in the basement and left everything tidy. Very happy with the job they did.

We had a new water heater installed by Lancaster. The process right from sales through to installation was easy and pleasant. There was a small issue with an electrical wire clipped during the install, causing one of our kitchen outlets to cease working. When I called the office to discuss it, there was no difficulties with the staff during the conversation. An employee was sent in a week to investigate, and he confirmed that the wire had been cut during the install. An electrician was dispatched in another week and the problem fixed. I appreciated the company taking responsibility and fixing the issue, and with no hassle. All staff we dealt with were pleasant and friendly. We will definitely be using them to replace our furnace next year.

Lancaster installed a new furnace, humidifier and air cleaner in January. Customer service was excellent. The install team was professional, friendly and efficient. We recommend Lancaster Heating and Cooling 100%!

We had Lancaster install our new furnace and direct water heater. They did an excellent job. Price was competitive, products of good quality. My heating bills have never been so low! Install went smoothly in the timeline promised. Very professional company. Their rep (Cassandra) who gave us our quote looked after our needs during and after install to ensure we were happy.

Called Cassandra of Lancaster Heating on her cell, within five minutes Cassandra called back, suggested that she is available any time to come and give us options, I decided to sit with her along with my wife, she explained each and every ting minutely. The thing that liked most that Richard her supervisor was also involved, we went ahead the next day and man our Furnace was installed the very next day thanks to Eric and Dan two wonderful Techs. I would recommend Cassandra/ Lancaster to any one, don't look else where

I recently had a furnace installed. I required a cold air return grill to complete the install. I was left 3 different sizes of return air grilles on multiple days and not a single one of the three grills fit the opening. I obtained the correct sized grill after 3 weeks of chasing and following up with the tech. I had to follow up numerous times before I was heard. The individual who answers the phone was not at all friendly or willing to let me speak to a boss regarding my install. No follow up email or call was given for feedback on the install. The 4th grill (correct size) was left outside when I was not home and no effort was made to come back and complete the grill install. Customer service is not the best!

Purchased a new home which did not have an existing air conditioner.
We had Lancaster out to quote on the job, we were very pleased with the options our sales rep Cassandra presented to us. We went ahead with the install, the crew arrived on time and answered all our questions.
