We needed to upgrade our water service from lead to 3/4" and decided to do it at the same time we were installing our cold cellar for efficiency. Valentin came as soon as I contacted him for an estimate and gave us a very fair price. He was flexible with the dates as we weren't able to confirm the service date until the day before. On the day the upgrade was completed, he and his crew went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and to ensure there was minor disruption to our already finished basement. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable plumber.

We called Valentin with a leak in our kitchen after installing a new dishwasher. This problem was causing us a lot of stress because we could not find the source of the problem (nor could the dishwasher installer or another plumber we hired). Valentin called us back quickly and he even managed to fit us in the same day. When he arrived, he was very professional, friendly, and found out the source of the leak and how to resolve it quickly. He gave me a quote before performing the repair. Excellent work. We will definitely call Strong Plumbing/Valentin again and highly recommend him!

Valentin was wonderful to work with. Whereas many plumbers wanted to charge $150 for an estimate, Valentin discussed it with me over the phone and even drove by briefly to give me a free estimate. This was greatly appreciated and showed me that he was not out to gouge me. His price is reasonable and I trust his workmanship and knowledge. I had Adam from the Original Plumbing company come to fix multiple leaks in my master bathroom/shower, main bathroom/shower. He is a fast thinker, a problem solver, very knowledgeable and a very professional plumber. He was able to fix all the leaks in one day. His rate is very reasonable. He is an angel for saving my home.

I live in a condo and I had a leaky kitchen pipe. Valentin was very professional. It was a little on the pricey side considering i don't live in a house but the work was great and i would use him again.

Problem with no hot water in shower. Called Valentin who not only advised me that Riobel offer a lifetime warranty of my existing part and thus replaced at no cost, but he would pick it up for me at no extra cost. He fixed the problem the same day I called. Excellent, professional service, knowledgeable of the product and a pleasant helpful personality. I give him 10 stars and would highly reccomend.
