Shawn provided a free carpet installation quote. Quote included removal of old carpet and cleaning up. They were clear and transparent in their quote. I wasn't sure which carpet to choose and Shawn patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns- he is very knowledgeable. Shawn and his team did an absolute stellar job on the day. Very professional and punctual. They got rid of the old carpet and vacuumed the whole area. From quote to completion I had no complaints. I'm a very satisfied customer and I would not hesitate in recommending their service.

Hi, received an email confirmation (approx 2 weeks before appointment) saying their arrival window to do the job would be from 10am-12 (screenshot attached) . On the day we waited until well after 12 and then called them. We got no response. Then they responded saying the cleaners were late from their previous job and they would arriving soon and be done by 2.30 or 3pm -this meant an approximate 5 hr window vs a 2 hr window. Once cleaning was complete and they had left we noticed that the area under the kitchen sink had not been completed (see photo). We had already paid for a deep clean so couldn't do much. I don't recommend this company if you value your time and money.

We always aim to arrive within arrival windows, however these days with our staff completing their covid vaccines and immunizations sometimes this has affected schedules. For this we apologize as we completely understand that delays are very inconvenient and we do value your time.

We did provide a great service with a good end result. Under the sink or inside any cabinets/ drawers is not included in any of our packages other than the moving cleaning package which is only for empty and vacant units.

We again apologize for your poor experience and already have had our quality control and scheduling teams review to learn from this.

Requirement: I needed blinds in my living room and 2 bedrooms and it had to be done by a certain date. My timeline was very tight as I was leaving for a trip and wanted quality blinds without having to pay an arm and a leg. What I was looking for: - A competitive quote for vertical blinds (including installation) in 2 bedrooms and a living area - Friendly/professional staff who would help incase there were any problems with the blinds AFTER the installation had taken place - Middle of the range quality blinds..nothing too expensive but nothing so cheap that it would break straight away - Staff who were knowledgeable and honest about the good/bad of blinds and upfront about costs What surprised me: I had visited approximately 5 stores in the GTA and Fasada was the last store I went to. I was expecting Fasada to be expensive - because they were located in Oakville - boy was I wrong! They turned out to have the cheapest quote. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, down-to-earth (I don't care for people who are trying to get me to spend $$$ when I only want $) and they were upfront about costs. The process: - I visited the Oakville store to get a feel for the staff and service being offered - Free onsite quote by Fasada staff (to finalize quote and make preliminary measurements). Payment made (partial/full). - Free onsite visit from Hunter Douglas installer to check and confirm measurements - Installer calls customer and arranges a date/time to install blinds My thanks: In general the Fasada staff were great but I would like to give a special thanks to Janet, who chased up Hunter Douglas so that I could get my blinds before I left for my trip! You are an absolute star Janet! Thanks for your perseverance and being so professional! Also thanks to Ephraim, the installer from Hunter Douglas, who was responsive to my calls, courteous and professional. To those who are buying blinds - here's my 2 cents: - Don't forget to ask about extra costs. If a longer ladder is needed or something has to be pulled out of the wall there may be an extra charge - Never pay for someone to do an onsite visit and provide a quote - Ask about warranty and post-installation problems. i.e who deals with it..you or the store? It should be the store because its their reputation on the line and you are their direct customer. - Pay attention to the knowledge level of staff and if they are open and honest about costs. - Don't dwell on $50-100 difference. In the long term it may cost you more if you go with someone who doesn't care about their customers. - Don't assume (like I did) that Oakville will be expensive. I got a quote from a major home improvement chain in Ontario and they were more expensive than Fasada....go figure!

I live in a condo and I had a leaky kitchen pipe. Valentin was very professional. It was a little on the pricey side considering i don't live in a house but the work was great and i would use him again.

Mark came over to see my place and give me a quote, he advised on the different types and showed me samples. His price was competitive and he suggested ways I could save money. I asked for a date which was very close and he was able to deliver. Carpet installer was very professional and courteous and I was very impressed by the final look. Definitely going to these again again for my house. Thanks Mark - appreciate your guidance and hope to do business with you again. To future customers, contact these guys before you decide..you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Good Luck
