Valentin was terrific -- he's always in touch and on the ball. Needed to replace the valve for my water intake because of the water meter upgrades. There were a few complications but he kept a smile on his face and delivered the job for nice, low price. Great guy.

We have used Valentin's services before and had no hesitation in asking him to do this work. He is great! We booked him to come two weeks before the installation of our new countertops, and he arrived early on the morning of the countertop installation as required. After the countertops had been installed, he returned later that day/the following day to install the faucets in the kitchen/bathrooms as arranged, so we were only without water in the bathrooms overnight. He was as professional and capable as always. We would be happy to use his services again and to recommend him to family and friends.

We have had trouble with our main drain for years, and after having multiple larger plumbing companies come in decided to try Valentin based on other reviews. He and his crew were on time, professional and polite - Valentin answered multiple questions in regards to getting a permit and walked us through everything. When other companies told us they would have to dig out our foundation and replace all of out drains, Valentin was able to isolate the issue to outside, replaced our main drain and installed a backwater valve, for more then $500 less than any other quote - and without turning our house into a construction site. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again - in fact he's coming back to look at our tub drain today. Such a relief to find someone honest and reliable!!

Valentin assessed + corrected the issue w our leaky shower - first over the phone and then confirmed when he got here. He arrived when he said he would (called on his way) and the cost remained what he estimated. He checked out the surrounding shower and made suggestions for us to look into. I would be happy to use him again. Professional and polite.

I decided to give Valentin a call due to the high customer service ratings on home stars. I called Valentin and left a message. I explained that i had a leaky saddle valve that connects to the humidifier and that the leak was damaging my water heater as rust was starting to build. He called back within 20 min. He said he could be at my house at noon, which was amazing. He explained everything that he would do. He arrived on site exactly on time. He was very friendly and honest. In fact, he noticed a couple of other problems which he could have charged me, but decided to honour the original price he gave me. What great service!! I would highly recommend using Valentin!! What a great, honest and sincere plumber. Hard to find these days!

Noticed a sewer smell coming from the main drain in the basement. Turns out that sewer water was backing up into the house from the main cleanout in the front yard. House was built in the 1920's, so not overly surprised by this. Valentin came over, snaked the drain with a camera, and immediately identified the problem. His guys were there next day, and problem was solved.
