Continental Services Heating and Cooling

After research, we decided on a Trane system. This company is certified to install this brand.
When we were sold the product, we were told it was energy efficient and we would receive a tax break. This however was not true.
This was very important to us and upset us greatly.
Also, we were under the impression that we would be receiving a programable thermastat. This was not true and we were not made aware of this until it was too late to change it.We were told that we could purchase one ourselves. We had just purchased one ourselves! From them!
