in the last year and a half we had Atel Air first install a new propane /natural gas furnace then in the last week our new central ac unit. We are so impressed with their quality customer service and brand. the team showed up on time both installs and were very professional, friendly and answered all of our questions .when they were finished they cleaned up and left us happy both times. we would definitely recommend this amazing company.

From the first phone call to the consult to todays installation we have received nothing but excellent service from everyone at Atel Air. The watersource heat pump and hot water tank and HRV system were installed with a minimum of fuss, was completed by friendly staff, when done all our questions were answered completely and fully and without making us feel like nuisances or that they were in a hurry to be gone. Thanks to Atel Air this was a painfree experience and we will definitely recommend Atel Air highly to all our friends and family.

Twenty some years ago ATEL installed our first furnace and air conditioner, which performed well all those years. Recently we upgraded to Trane for heating and cooling, and we know the after-sale service will be outstanding.

The owner (Jimmie) took the time to clearly explain pros and cons of various options. We followed his recommendations and are now eagerly awaiting the warm weather to put the system through its paces.
The installation was done very efficiently and the crew left our basement spotless. I am not a professional, but the installation looks very clean and neat. I would definitely recommend this company.

My husband and I are very pleased with the service from Atel Electric, Jimmy Thom. The men who came to install and make sure everthing was in good working order. David called the first Monday after to make sure the generator came on for its weekly startup.Made us feel very good about everything. A week later we had no power for an hour and the generator came on, everthing was able to continue as normal - I was so happy.

This summer (2016), I contracted Atel Air Heating & Air Conditioning to install two Central Air conditioners in my home and replace my home Electrical Service Panel.
