The two crew members worked very well togerther installing and solving problems during the installation.. They were very neat and cleaned up the whole jobsite when they were done .They removed outer foot when entering the house so as not to track dirt into the house. They only complaint i have is they silenced the two smoke detectors ,one in the furnace room and the one in the laundry room and forgot to return them to serviceable condition. The detectors were silenced during soldering operations because they were sounding an alarm..
I would sugest they have slip om boot covers available to them to save time convince. The other point is have a check list to follow when cleaning up the jobsite before leaving it. I would recomend Atel Air to friends and family. I would also like to point out the sales staff are very helpful and not pushy !!!

Great people to work with - from sales to office to trades. Good project co-ordination - steps and timelines were explained. Both electrical trades and gas trade knowledgeable and neat. Associated cables, piping, etc very well laid-out and nicely installed. Appreciated the extra work by gas installer when he observed a gas leak at our meter.

I wish I could remember all the technicians I only remember Joey, Joey and the two others did a fantastic job of installing the new system and did what I requested and relocated outside unit . Our old A/C unit was failing and Air Tel did an inspection, recommended a very good replacement and had it installed within a couple of days. Their consultant Dwayne came out and recommended an excellent unit at a reasonable cost and two days later (working around our schedule) his team were out and did and excellent job of installing the unit into our existing home system. Larry and Joe did a great job of the install and cleaned everything afterwards. The unit itself has been working excellently.

The salesman was very informative and did not pressure us.
The men who did the install were polite, and kept their work site tidy. They were efficient and knowlegdable. We are pleased with their workmanship.

Wonderful customer service here. Met with Jackson, and by the following Monday - I will be cold in the summer!!! Yeah! Installed an AC unit without fuss - and were very quiet and efficient. Since I work at home (and need quiet) - I would never have known they were here. No fuss and no interruptions. Matt was exceptional and sealed the deal by re-attaching panels to my deck that had to come off for the AC installation! Way to go - would highly recommend!

We had Atel Air install a new Daikin Heat Pump and could not be happier with the professional service we received from the advisor to the technicians that installed the equipment. It was a pleasure dealing with a family run company. We will be doing annual service with them.

Friday morning, January 27, Kevin from Atel Air came at 9:30 a.m. to perform an annual inspection of the two furnaces in service at this residence. He and Greg, another expert from Atel, reported that there was a problem and that one the furnaces, that had been installed in 1993, was leaking carbon monoxide. By Friday afternoon, they had a new furnace there to replace the ailing furnace and advised that the new furnace would be completely installed by noon, Saturday 28. Another ATEL expert, Matt, arrived at 8:30 Saturday morning and before noon, he had completed all the necessary work - beautiful! I was completely impressed by the expertise and professionalism displayed by the representatives of ATEL - truly impressive! Many thanks to all of you!

We recently had a new furnace installed by Atel Air. Work was done quickly and efficiently. We have had a maintenance contract with them for about 20 years and always have been satisfied with all the work that has been done by them.
