Alberta Furnace Cleaning

The team that worked at my house was awesome. They were professional and courteous. They explained and addressed all my questions well. All the vents were identified and cleaned. They also reviewed my air filter and advised me to upgrade to a longer lasting type. This was one of the ways they went above and beyond. Thanks Tic!

I was looking for options for duct cleaning for my house. I have a friend who highly recommended Alberta Furnace Cleaning to me, saying that they are the best in this business. I'm glad that I trusted him ;)
Their crew were very friendly and efficient.
Jeniffer(if i recall the name correctly) called early morning to give me a two-hour window. Andrew and Ariel showed up in time and did an amazing job on the cleaning. They were focused on their work throughout and were also very patient to explain the procedure to me.
This was the first vent cleaning of my house(2yrs old) and it looked like my builder had left quite a bit of construction residuals in the vent.
They were careful during their work and kept it tidy. I thought I probably need to vaccum again near the vents but they did not leave any dirt for me which was awesome. The vents and the furnace look so much cleaner now.

In terms of pricing, I feel that their price is very reasonable compared to alternatives. For the quality of their service, it's definitely on the lower side. I've got quotes from other companies before where a big "discount" was offered upfront but was still pricey even with the discount.

2 guys came both very polite and told me everything they were going to do before hand. Explained to me about a filter that you can just vacuum and I purchased one. Did an excellent job

Excellent, courteous technicians with a smile and very professional conduct with customer respect. Came on time, explained all details and went about their job. Sticker on furnace with a reminder for the next cleaning.

Who need a good furnaces cleaning

Furnace cleaners advised that hot water tank didn’t require any cleaning becos of the model but no refund was done . Vent counts were incorrect and over charged
I didn’t like that they were offering other services like cleaning dryer vent on site rather than on phone prior to the services
My budget went over the limit
Also with carpet done 3M services was offered at $69 this could have been discussed prior on the phone
Not happy with the carpet cleaning
The guy said the edges were filters therefore the black dirts are still showing??
