Drain Services review in Georgetown

It was Christmas Day and at 4pm,I discovered water coming in the basement from the main drain. After searching for a plumber I found Mr Rooter, called and they responded within hours. Shaun the service man was great...loved his job and it showed. I will call no other company for water issues.

Kitchen, leaking pipes

When I had water pouring in my kitchen from a pipe, I called this company, the girl who answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. The plumber came that same day and fixed the problem. He too was very friendly and professional. I would definately call this company again and would recommend them highly.

Kitchen Taps

I am a senior citizen and was not able to replace taps. Call Mr Rooter out of yellow pages and a serviceman was at my house within 45 mins. I was given an estimate to have the taps replaced. I told repairman that the price quoted was outragest, but that I was in a bind and needed the job done. The taps were replaced within 1/2 hour and I paid for the job. I paid $246.75 for 1/2 hour labour. I think that this was totally taking advance of a disperate situation and I would never recomment the company.

inspection of main drainage system

Andrew from Mr. Rooter was very helpful and explained the specifics of the drainage system in my house. He checked drains, ran water, and listened carefully to recurring problems. He wrote up an estimate (avery reasonable price, unlike a neighbour who had another company change a stuck hot water knob and replace it for $250!!!!)should problems re-occur and left instructions to help if there is a "big" problem. I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for further plumbing difficulties, and I know there will be some in the near future (older houses).
