Drain Services review in Caledon

Main drain blockage. Previously had other plumbing business out within the last 30 days and they did not resolve the issue nor did they answer their phone when she called them back and then she called us! We went out and solved the plumbing emergency by doing a cable and camera on the main drain which was a backed up.

Incredible service! From our first phone call, to our final hug! We had a situation, a little dire, given that we were on the eve of Christmas Eve, with 14 people expected! And no toilet to flush, without backing up. Shawn came out at 5:30, dark, damp, and windy. He gave us his diagnosis, was thorough, and patient in explaining everything. The camera revealed a major blockage-yet Shawn and his colleague were able to provide a clearing so that water would flow. It didn't seem as if the offending substance would relinquish its hold though, try as they did! However, Shawn and his colleague were so determined to succeed-they tried everything -and they did succeed-we are beyond thrilled with their kindness, their expertise, their friendliness - and of course, their success at clearing the lines! They went over and above with their level of service - a true example for all service people out there! Honestly, bless you for being such a kind soul, such a decent human being, and such a tenacious worker! Merry Christmas - and may 2016 surpass your wildest expectations, as you did ours! Thank you! thank you! thank you!

Emergency Water Heater Repair

Shawn provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond our expectations! He showed up very quickly after us calling for an emergency repair of our water heater. He did the work quickly and efficient and explained everything to us as he was doing the work. He told us to call if we have anymore problems and he will assists us! This goes to show that he stands behind his work! We called the company that installed the unit initially and they couldn't be bothered to show up! Going forward we will be using Shawn Cunningham from Mr. Rooter Orangeville for all our plumbing needs at our business and our personal residence! Highly recommend!
