The old unit was removed and a good modern one installed. There was some difficulty because of soft wood near the base flange and it will be necessary to have a carpenter repair this to avoid future problems with the toilet. However, the service was very efficient, competent and courteous.

We have just moved to Orangeville and needed a plumber. Since we've been longtime customers in Brampton, we knew we'd get great service at reasonable prices from Mr Rooter. The job was quite a lot of work so we were so glad that we did. Our new sink and vanity were completely installed and working within a couple of hours!

First off, this is not the first time I have used Mr. Rooter of Caledon, but this was by far the largest project.

I called with a leaking water softener and a possible Kitchen sink clog. Brydon and Anwar (sp?) arrived as scheduled and worked late into the evening to ensure the clog was corrected. After discussing the softener with them, I decided to have Shaun come back out for a water test to install a new unit. Unlike a lot of contractors, Shaun first looked over the unit and tried to do some simple repairs in the hopes of fixing the problem, but in the end it was decided to replace the unit. Shaun and Brydon returned to complete the water test as well as discuss any concerns I had as well as answer any questions prior to quoting on various units. As I am cautious about water usage and appliances, there was a lot of correspondence going back and forth, and Shaun was always prompt with answering everything for me. I scheduled them back to have the softener installed and decided at the same time to have the plumbing coming into the house redone to consolidate, replace a pressure tank and ensure it was all to code. Shaun and Brydon came to the house, explained everything, answered everyone of my questions, and stayed until the job was done 110%. I also have a follow up visit planned and scheduled by Shaun to ensure the softener is working properly as well as ensure that I am completely happy with all the work completed.

As these guys can attest, I may be one of the more cautious customers they have, but when it comes to the work being completed and ensuring that I am happy, they are second to none.

I will always recommend Mr. Rooter of Caledon for any and all plumbing work.

We arranged a Saturday appointment to Mr. Rooter (Caledon) this past weekend to fix a clogged toilet, due to paper towel. I had a call in advance that the appointment could be moved forward by a couple hours. Krisztian arrived, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Although not inexpensive, the problem was fixed. Will definitely use Mr. Rooter again if we encounter any plumbing issues. Very satisfied.

One toilet broke down called Mr rooter and they came that evening.

We called Mr. Rooter at 9pm on a long weekend as our sewer line backed up into our basement. The rep I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful and was able to schedule a plumber to come out as soon as possible. Krisztian arrived quickly (even before the estimated time) and was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. We would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Brydon removed our old leaking toilet and installed new toilet and all necessary plumbing. Brydon was very professional and friendly and his work was very efficient. He left the bathroom clean and tidy. He was very knowledgable about the toilet and also about products to keep it running well I would definitely call him again for plumbing problems and would highly recommend him

Caledon Mr. Rooter took me by the hand and painlessly helped me through the process. Lindsay started by booking the appointment quickly and worked it around my schedule. When the service tech Krisztian showed up and started the job, he walked me through and explained what he was doing and kept me involved. It was done before I knew it! No fuss, no muss and a few laughs. As they're leaving, I find out from Sean all the other plumbing services offered by this company and we now look forward to having them in our home again this time to work on our pending new and improved bathroom.

Sean did a several plumbing upgrades in our newly purchased home. He was very knowledgeable, meticulous and neat. His work is detailed and precise. We are very pleased what he did and he will be doing more work for us in the future,

Shaun was the 6th plumber I called to figure out why my kitchen sink drain was blocked. None of them could figure it out until Shaun came and figured out that a squirrel had dropped nuts down my roof vent. I had been without a sink for 6 weeks. He was amazing. Highly recommend him.
