It was time to replace our furnace and water heater. I happened to call before 8 a.m. thinking I was leaving a message on an answering machine. Des answered the phone - explained their service at length and set up an appointment to discuss the furnace and water heater. We set a date and the 2 units were replaced. When I was deciding on which company to go with I noticed a photo of the current owner along with family that also owned the business. I was drawn to the family ownership of the company. Last week I had sewer backup problems (due to roots from the city trees) along with a serious water condensation problem. I was completely stressed out over the condensation problem as we've never had this problem. I called Des who walked me through what I needed to do and said, "Don't hesitate to call me if you have any other problems". I knew at that point I made the right choice to switch over to Excelsior Mechanical. Thanks Des!!

That guy helped me through the phone, to fix my furnace when I was checked everything he gave me a clue to fix it.Now, my furnace is working properly.
