Had a furnace installed in November 2008, the fellow came out to give us a quote, we signed up for our new furnace, the fellows came to install it, but it was too big for the spot and would not fit, so they had to use the next model down from the one we had paid for...It took me six months to get my refund for the difference, several phone calls and promises that it was going in the mail....finally in June I received my cheque...the furnace works good touch wood....I would not recommend them or call them for service...I chose them as they were set up at "Costco" in Newmarket.

Brian and his crew were very efficient and very helpful. The installation was done in a timely manner and was done in the most cost effective way possible while not cutting any corners. Would definitely use them in the future.

Went over the options i had when it came to location and found several ways to save some money when i had chosen the location. Installation looks great, the tankless system works flawlessly and i look forward to the savings.
Communication was excellent through email. He replied to my emails quickly and was able to answer all my questions.

Install took 2 trips (next day) due to more complicated venting but was very professionally done. Brian picked a really good location to place the water heater in my enclosed small furnace room. Also, the exterior venting job was fantastic. He even moved my gas line for my bbq to a better spot. I'm so glad that I switched to a tankless. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Brian's main installer Tony did my installation yesterday, he was very knowledgeable & friendly. Installation took 3-4 hours. Overall 10+ experience so far.

Few weeks back Brian requested pictures of the installation site and we finalized the exact location for install. He was quick to respond to all questions.

Only one minor issue, couple of days before installation Brian had concerns about installation site and proposed alternatives which would have cost much more. This surprise could have been avoided if he had visited my home or looked at the pics in more detail earlier. In the end, alternatives were not needed so the cost stayed exactly as promised.

Brian and his team are very professional and very easy to deal with. I've used them previously for a gas line install and their workmanship was the reason I called Brian back to install my central A/C. So far, I'm happy with the quality of the install and will wait until the summer when the A/C is needed to comment on the quality of the goods.

The installation of a HRV has several options. The staff was very
thoughtful in assessing the best location for this device. They took off their boots
at the door so as not to track mud through the house.They took their smoke breaks outside while doing the exterior work.They were polite and answered my questions about the equipement and recommended placement.

Brian from Brooklin Heating came over when I called him about a new air conditioner. He spent lots of time helping me choose the right air conditioner and educated me about the different types, qualities and brands. He also spent time telling me about the whole industry and different products availible. After speaking with him, we ended up installing a tankless water heater and humidifier.

The installations were all done on time and in my opinion very neat and tidey.

I wouldn't hesitate telling anyone I know to contact him for this kind of work.
