Furnace control board failed and the next day Brian came out to repair. Since he was coming out already, I also asked him to direct-vent the furnace. The success of this story is how quickly he accomodated me on short notice, even if it meant staying late to finish the job. That's dedication. While I felt that his pricing may not always be cheapest, his workmanship is good and he is reliable. This is the 4th time Brian has come out to do work on my house and I highly recommend.

Brian and his team are very professional and very easy to deal with. I've used them previously for a gas line install and their workmanship was the reason I called Brian back to install my central A/C. So far, I'm happy with the quality of the install and will wait until the summer when the A/C is needed to comment on the quality of the goods.
