Very unprofessional: no communication, you won t know when they would be coming and what they gonna do, limited attention to details. A high traffic patio area made tilted towards house and they can t fix it...I gave up after several calls... Now I have to deal with accumulating water and dirt every time it rains...what a waste
Having used Mark a few times in the past I was very upset to be given the run-around for the last 8 months in regards to a necessary repair. After numerous attempts and the benefit of the doubt I am now being told it will have to wait until Spring. Not good enough.
A well executive job from removing the weed-infested inter-locking stone, that was my driveway, to levelling, installing and finishing it with cement, and also to the topsoil fill-in and cleanup. Every aspect of this undertaking was done with care and skill. I am really grateful for the conscientious and pleasant way the crew went about this work; from its preparation to the traction design applied to the surface - to me, it is a work of art! I felt like a "preferred customer", and would highly recommend this company for your cement repair/restoration requirements.
Front porch of 1920's Tudor home showing serious cracks and possible loss of structural integrity. Porch had distinct decorative brickwork along edges. Mark from Bricetin was only company I called that showed up on time to assess and develop meaningful solutions that maintained original design of the porch and deliver an elegant solution to structural support issues.Greg was the porch 'artist' who amazed with his thoroughness, preparedness and ideas to make the porch look even better. Cindy from the office delivered high end customer service. Mark was highly responsive to questions. Outstanding work delivered on time, on budget and with beautiful results. Porch is restored and lovely and not a new concrete slab suggested by other firms.Only change I would make is I would call these people the first time and not waste time on other contractors.
