Had maintenance done on our furnace. Everyone we dealt with at Abbey Air was fantastic. The technician (Jose) who came to our house was incredible. He was extremely polite and very meticulous in everything. We will highly recommend Abbey Air. (we actually already have). Thank you very much. Looking forward to a long relationship.

Called Abbey Air as my furnace was cycling and not able to provide heat. I called Abbey Air and booked a service call for the same day. Helge provided excellent service and fixed the issue, which was backed up water from the condenser. Very professional and courteous

My apologies to the folks at Abbey Air for neglecting to write this review sooner.
In July 2016 sales Rep. Devon Williams came to our home and outlined our options and pricing for our central air replacement. Devon arrived on time and definitely was knowledgeable about the products he was discussing. He took the time to answer all of our questions. Very professional and friendly fellow. His quote was competitive.
Jay and Marko did the installation. Professional, punctual and pleasant. They went right to work and completed the job in a neat and timely manner.
The reminder to enter this Homestars' review came last week from our furnace technician who does our yearly service and cleaning. He specifically asked for the name of the company that installed our air conditioning. The reason.....compared to hundreds of other air installation jobs he's viewed, this was one the cleanest, neatest and most precise installation he had seen. He receives many requests for central air recommendations and he wanted to use my installation company as a "go to" name for his customers.
I proudly said..."Abbey Air".

The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. The technician was on time, pleasant and efficient. The replacement part was expensive.

Really speedy service. Called in the morning of and they had a tech there within 3 hours. After examining the furnace Steven identified the issue and drove to Hamilton to pick up the part. Had the furnace on within the day!

we woke up on Sunday morning to find that our furnace was not working and the temperature had dropped to 59F! We called Abbey Air and they had a technician on site within a couple of hours. He was able to quickly replace the motor and also provided us with some good recommendations. The tech was very polite, friendly and conscientious! Thanks Abbey Air for taking care of us!

Problems required 2 service calls for "no heat". Very satisfactory work, especially given it was a weekend.
Follow up: New Furnace and AC installed by Michael & Russ one day later; extremely satisfied with entire process from Devon Webster and on...! Excellent service; courteous, on time and completed within all parameters.
