Technician came to quote on replacing and relocating our humidifier. We have not yet scheduled any work so I can't speak to the work. However, the technician was very knowledgeable and explained our options in detail. He also pointed out some other areas with respect to our furnace and air conditioner that may explain some other problems we've been having. Although we've had techs from our service provider come out every year for the past 6 years, (the length of time we've lived in this house), no one had ever been able provide a diagnosis or solution.

Our cat Ralfie found his way into the ductwork behind the drywall. Helge got him out quickly and safely. Very good service and very professional. Thanks Helge.

I booked Abbey Air for a long overdue furnace inspection. The service technician, Adam Endicott, discovered that it had several cracked heart exchangers. Due to safety concerns, the furnace had to be turned off. Adam took the time to explain the situation in detail. Given the age of the furnace and the cost to repair it, I decided to replace it outright. Adam gave me some frank, helpful advice on what to look for in a new system. I felt better informed to shop for a new system, thanks to Adam.

Good courteous and friendly technicians. They know their stuff, and they interact with you and teaches you what they are doing when I'm watching. I get tune-ups for AC and Furnace.
I gave them a 3 because sometimes, I wonder if the job completed is quality. Quality to me is not doing the tune-up, but ensuring all other components are functioning that can cause issues in the future. I like the technicians to write in detail what they've done, and if there are anomalies anywhere. I would use them again.

The heat exchanger on my old furnace was corroded and leaking CO2 into the house. Helge can to inspect the issue and deemed the furnace unsafe and recommended the furnace be replaced. He setup the installation of my new furnace for the same day.

He was professional, friendly, competent, and cordial. It was a pleasure having Helge service my furnace.

Thanks to Devon, sales rep, Michael and Ross, technicians, they installed our new Lennox EL296V furnace, Humidifier and XC13 AC, Michael and Ross came to our house and they performed a state of the art installation, I am the pickiest client when it comes to services done to my house, and I can not find any flaw in this job, everything was done exceeding the code, perfectly safe, clean and nice service, they explained every single detail to us.
The furnace and humidifier are working perfectly and they are matched with a WiFi thermostat that is a beauty, they are coming back in spring to double check on the AC, weather permitting.
Overall I am very happy, with both the equipment and the service,
they make me feel safe for the years to come.
