Installation over two weekends by two teams- Maroun, Mike and Kevin, then Ian and Andrew. Everyone arrived on time, did major work inside and outside the house without any mess. Pleasant, efficient, and explained everything about the new system. Our contact with Francis has been great at all stages. Highly recommend this company.

This was a standard seasonal tuneup which was done quickly and efficiently. The technician also answered my questions about probable life span of the equipment and what to do to find answers about replacement.

He explained the steps in his process, and provided clear and useful information that helped me make decisions and select options to ensure the longevity and optimum performance of the heating and cooling system in my house. Excellent service, on-time, clean. Technician was very knowledgeable, gave me hints on how better to manage the humidity level within my house.

Don and Mike were running a little behind schedule but the company did call to advise us of same. Once the two of them arrived they went right to work, firstly by asking about what we wanted then a look at the areas involved. Once a plan was agreed on they were quick to start the installation. Once the ducting was installed they cleaned up and left the place very neat and tidy. They were very polite and obliging. I would recommend the two of them to any one without hesitation.

A wonderful experience working with Mike D. and Matt- both very hardworking and patient. The installation went smoothly. Both Mike and Matt took the time to explain the technical terms and ensure I understood the system.

The service person Abdul Khalife was on time. Performed the furnace cleaning and inspection. Told me what he had done and adjusted on the unit to make it perform better. Suggested when I should get my next tune-ups done. He was efficient and personable.
