The service person Abdul Khalife was on time. Performed the furnace cleaning and inspection. Told me what he had done and adjusted on the unit to make it perform better. Suggested when I should get my next tune-ups done. He was efficient and personable. I was very satisfied with his work and would recommend Francis Service Experts to my friends.
