We only ask for Stewart, he is the only reason that we are staying with this company. Stewart is professional, knowledgeable and is skilled with customer care. To date, we have purchased two furnaces and two central air systems from Francis. However, Stewart places our mind at ease with every service check.

There technician lack the knowledge to repair pool heater. They missed diagnosed the problem and installed an unneeded gas valve cost of $1700. then advised that control panel needed replacing. I got a second opinion from an other company and was resolved over the phone, the water the heather had been installed incorrectly.
Have not received a call back from Francis Home Environment, after leaving message concerning , a full refund.

Hot water and cold water taps were leaking . He gave estimate of cost and then did the work upon approval by us.

We had to replace a old toilet in our basement the installer Dan was very good at his job and knew what he was doing. The price was also reasonable. I would highly recommend Dan from the Francis home to do any plumbing job.

We needed a new Air Conditioner in a 12 year old townhouse we purchased last year. Kevin from Francis sold us an AC and Furnace from Lennox. As fate would have it, we got a big snow dump on installation day. I helped them shovel a path through it. Shane, Moo, Walter, and Hakim removed old equipment and installed the new stuff in less than a day. They even fixed the HRV ducts that builder or previous owner had installed backwards. They laid down rubber mats and made minimal mess. I still had some vacuuming and mopping afterwards, but no damage. I love the new smart thermostat. I keep thinking the furnace isn't doing anything because I can barely hear the fan motor through the ducts anymore. Sweet !!

I've never had a clogged kitchen drain (40 yr old house) until yesterday afternoon when, as a cleaning experiment, I tried to use one of those long drain snakes with a bristle brush tip .. to see how dirty the double sink pvc pipes might be. Turned out to be mighty clogged! So I made one phone call to my dependable Francis plumbing company, and even before 9am this morning, technician Dan arrived with a big smile and set to work diagnosing the problem, recommending to clear the clog with his handheld power drain opener. After confirming the cost (very reasonable), he started 'mining' his way through the clog, took about 10 minutes, but it worked! Then before reconnecting the pvc pipes, he double checked for any drain leaks and lubricated both sink baskets as a preventative measure. Then, as he was cleaning up the work site under the sink, he gave me some simple tips to help keep my pipes cleaner, for years to come. Thank you Dan!
