Francis Home Environment (a service expert company) has done the maintenance of my Gas furnace and AC for a number of years.
For the last few years, Mr. Duy is the technician sent to our home by Francis. I am thoroughly satisfied by the service. Mr. Duy is personable, competent and takes the time to explain what he does and to advise us on how to take care of our equipment.
