Technicians are on time, friendly and do good work. They are empowered to make suggestions but are never pushy. I also appreciate the efficient office support, including reminders of upcoming appointments.

Our favourite service person, Ryan McClement, noticed that the pipe carrying water from the humidifier to the pump was not connected properly . An easy fix. In addition, the plastic hose taking the water from the humidifier to the sink had become wrinkled and plugged. Ryan will return to replace this plastic hose.

The staff member always appears on-time, is clean and courteous, gets right to work and at the end provides a summary of work done. we have had this service for past 7 or 8 years and during that time one major fault was found and required replacing a circuit board. As we had the maintenance program in place, we received a discounted price for the replacement. Working with these guys has been very easy and reassuring and we will continue the arrangement.

We have been using Francis Home Environment for several years now. We have insisted on Paul Boyer as our sole service representative for the past 3-4 years. This has resulted in consistent, reliable service since he now knows our requirements and is proactive in recommending upgrades and repairs. Paul is thorough, knowledgeable and personable. I am very happy with the work done at my house by Francis HE Service Experts. The people who did the work were punctual, courteous, and very expert. My house was problematic because it is old and the ducts are small. But the company was persistent in trying many ways to solve the problems in order to reach their goal of 100% satisfaction. On Oct 28, Tim Wong was our serviceman for our furnace inspection and tuneup. He was friendly and very professional , doing his job in a cheerful manner. He answered my many questions, suggested we cover our outdoor plug from the elements (the metal cover had snapped off) and also started up our new-last-year gas fireplace in the basement! An excellent frontman for Francis Fuels :)

Highly recommend this company. We have dealt with them for several years. This particular service call was for lack of heat flow in a bedroom. The technicians, Ian & Andrew, were able to open the duct work without cutting into our ceilings for which we were grateful. Over the years, we have had several different technicians, all our very knowledgeable, polite and personable. We have recommended this company to friends and family and all are equally pleased.

I've purchased 2 furnaces at each of our last 2 homes from Francis Home Environment. From installation of the systems, to the ongoing maintenance we have done on them, Francis HE has been a great service provider. The sale person, Shawn (Sean?), the installers Zack, Moe and Jake were knowledgeable, prompt, professional, polite and tidy. We were very impressed. The two men (names unknown) who pumped out the oil and removed the old tank were also great.
