Accurate Appliance Service

Raffi is the most professional and honest tradesman I have ever worked with and I have owned my own residence and held rental properties for 30 years. He always does what is best for the customer, fixes what can be fixed and replaces what is replaceable. He is always polite and professional and without exception takes the time to explain the issues at hand. I believe the forst review is INCORRECT as he does not service hot water tanks and he is a one man operation ie you deal with Raffi, not anyone names Howard or whoever. If every person were like Raffi of Accurate Aplliance service this world would be a better place.

Called in for a service to fix hot water tank. The technician was great and very informative. About 2 hours later the same incident happened and I called for a service again. I had 2 parts replaced recommended by the technician. After a month it leaked water again. When I called I was refused service because they said I refused to pay and nothing was wrong with my machine. The man Doug was right out rude and accused me of a bad review on Facebook. I guess it happens frequently. He never offered to look into the case. Based on his notes I refused to pay and asking for a second service when nothing was wrong. I don't understand why would a restaurant call for a service if nothing was wrong. Based on a company with such great reviews I was surprised with the attitude. This is my review from a restaurant that operated for 7 years. Good luck to other restaurants that decides to use this company.

I live out of town and my mom lives in Toronto. She needed the oven of her gas stove fixed so I turned to Homestars to find a reliable repair person. I located Raffi of Accurate Appliance Repair. Two days later, her stove is fixed. Raffi called me to go over the repair and the cost before he fixed it. It was "repaired" two years ago by someone else but never worked properly and cost 3 times as much. I would absolutely recommend Raffi. He will be the first person I call when my Mom needs appliance repair. Best service ever!

After having a different gas repair guy charge me $280 to unsuccessfully 'try' to fix my stove, Raffi came within a few hours of my call and actually had it fixed for $150.

Raffi came over to my house and realized that he could not connect my fridge due to plastic tubing vs copper tubing in the house. He came on a Saturday morning, spent 20 minutes explaining everything to me. He didn't even charge me anything because he couldn't do the work!!!!

I diagnosed my problem on the internet and Raffi gave me an approximate cost over the phone. He was busy but was able to come with the part the next day. Turned out the part wasn't broken, just entangled with the insulation as a result of a recall repair by another firm.

Raffi had it fixed quickly and the cost was $30 dollars less than the quote. I would definetly recommend Accurate Appliance Repair .
