Absolutely terrible experience. When installing my new countertops, they didn't reconnect the dishwasher properly. It flooded my kitchen. Unfortunately, I was away for a few days and when I came back I saw that the flooring was all damaged. I called them and they originally claimed responsibility. A few days later they called and retracted their statement and told me that after further investigation I was the one who must have disconnected the dishwasher. Well after lawyers got involved, my insurance, their insurance, and the condo board my insurance is covering it. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in renovations. Not only did they cost my insurance $4,000, they were absolutely the rudest people that I've had to deal with. Avoid this company.

I installed cabinets, but didn't have the confidence to take on the countertop myself, so I had Monarch do it.

The installer was very skilled -- my house is not square, and the top needed quite a bit of work to fit properly and look like it belonged in the kitchen. Everything worked out very well, and I'm more than satisfied with Monarch.

We ordered a 6' X 3' L-shaped kitchen island counter top in granite laminate. When it was delivered the 2 of 3 corner cuts were reduced in radius and we were told this was a better design. Furthermore, the filler for the tthe underside was not even close to fitted, rather it was cludged together left over pieces of melamine. We had to send it back to get a proper fit. We did not want to wait another 2 weeks so accepted the incorrect corner cuts. Due to this delay, I could not stay to supervise and the installer did not follow directions and did not allow correct overhang for finish panelling. The job would have been far better if I had done it myself. Poor quality, bad installation.

We purchased a DIY kitchen and installed it but decided that the counter tops should be done by the pros. Monarch came out and installed the counter tops we picked and it was quick and easy.
I am at stay at home mom and am leery having men in my house without my husband there, but the tech talked to me and the kids and made us feel at ease. the job was done fast and efficiently and we LOVE out new kitchen

I was able to pick up some pre-built counter tops for Monach for a great price. Staff a monach are always helpful and always available to answer whaterever questions you might have.
