High Efficiency A/C company provided excellent installation services in a timely manner. Their technician is very professional, very good customer oriented attitude. The after sales service is exceptional too. Once my tenant complains the A.C. is not working properly. I do not have time to deal with this, so I asked High Efficiency to contact my tenants directly. It turned out that my tenant does not turn on the breaker. I really appreciate High Efficiency to take care of this when I was not even available to be on spot. I would strongly recommend this company to you.

Rick Li is a great sales person and a great person in general. Explained everything to me from the beginning and every dollar amount was accurate to the penny as quoted. His top senior Man installers came in to install my new furnace and air condition with perfection came in clean and left the job clean. After installation they explain to me how everything is supposed to work and took the time to show me how to use the new digital touch screen thermostat. Upon approval of my finance of the purchase of the units Rick also explain everything i needed to know all about the rebates afterwards. I would highly recommend Anyone to his company to anyone for sales and service!

Great service, good price

We were very happy with our overall experience with the company. We purchased a brand new house this year and needed to install a new A/C unit. Rick came to our place for an initial quote and provided a mini-educational session to us regarding furnace/ac maintenance. The installation was scheduled later that month and was done in a vert efficient and clean manner.

They also provided the best pricing out of all companies that we met.

Our not so old Carrier AC malfunctioned on one of the hottest days of the year. We called and was told a tech would come out within a few hours the same day. To our surprise, they called within an hour to say a tech would arrive within 15 minutes. Jason arrived, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue but said he would have to return in a few hours after the ice melted on the unit. And he absolutely did. He repaired the unit but did not rush the job. Thank goodness because the next day was a record breaking day at 35 degrees. Thank you Jason for the excellent service and we will definitely recommend you and High Efficiency.
