Good morning Krista, We are so sorry this happened and apologize as we don't like anyone's personal items harmed. Fragile's and electronics are not covered under our insurance; this is why we have the customer sign off that we are no liable. Your father did sign off on that waiver. Our crew did the same as they do with all other moves. And they all have over 10+ years experience. They pre-wrapped the TV, secured it on the truck, and they helped set it up on the stand. If you had of hired us to pack your contents it is covered under our insurance, otherwise it goes at owners risk. We do not know when this could have happened. We did enquire with the crew and they said the move went very well and there were no damages to anything. Again we are truly sorry.
Good movers, bit of room for improvement
We are very sorry to hear this news. We do appreciate all the kind words. We do not have record of anyone with this name on our files. Nor has anyone called the office with any of this type of information. We have had a few Brampton moves that we will be following up with in the morning. We have no idea who this is. Hard to contact someone when you are signing in as private user. We have had no problems as this is being described. We take these allegations serious, please contact us immediately so that we may rectify this situation.
