Chadwick's & Hack's Appliance & Bbq

Bought the portable air conditioner for my cottage. I was not able to use it right away but when I did it did not work. When I went back to the store I had no problem getting the part I needed.

Sales guys outstanding. I'm a cautious buyer and research everything to death. Having had a Napolean before, falling apart at 12 years old, they advised me contact customer service at Napolean before my purchase. All said and done, between home show savings and Napolean credits, saved about 600. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent and staff very knowledgeable. There are so many choices for bbq's but they helped to identify the differences and benefits of various options. In the end, the choice was obvious within the budget we had set forth.

needed a new BBQ and went to Chadwicks and Hacks. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions with a lot of patience and good humour. It took a while but I finally ended up with a terrific BBQ.

We went to the home show last year and one of the employess was a great help we were looking for a nice fire place but one that wasnt to much and this gentleman really helped us out and gave us a good deal on one for my mother-in-law. That is the kind of service that everyone should give to there customer. A big thank you.

It was difficult to find an insert that would fit into our 50+ year old wood burning fireplace box...but we found it at Chadwick and Hack's.
Getting the quote was easy and so was installation. Looks great and is wonderful to have on a cold winter's night.

Chadwick and Hack's is full of wonderful small appliances for the home at very reasonable prices.

Their BBQ selection can't be beat. Many styles, manufactures and price points to choose from.

My husbankd and I purchased a Valour gas fireplace from Chadwick's and Hack's (at the Ideal 2011 Hamilton Fall Home Show). Prior to taking any cash deposit ... the salesman (James) made a personal visit to our home (2 days after the show closed), to check the dimensions of our fireplace opening.
When he satisfied himself (and us) that the firplace was the proper size for our opening ... he assisted in the selection of colour and available options. We gave him a deposit .... and 3 days later, the installers called to set up an instal time.
Two days after that ... Bingo! ... the istal was complete (including a new chimney liner) ... all within 2 hours !
This fireplace looks (and works) FABOULOUS !
This is our second 'major' purchase from Chadwick's & Hack's (we bought a Weber gas BBQ 2 years ago).

Needing to replace corroded parts of our bbq, we took the parts to Chadwick & Hack's. They were able to find the correct parts, order them and have them in stock for us within the time stated. We've also purchased a rug shampooer from them last year and have been very happy with it. The sales staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and we won't hesitate to go back.

I can't believe I never knew about this company before! The salesman was just fabulous and bent over backwards to meet our needs. The price far far beat the competition. Very positive experience and I highly recommend that anyone check out the store for great deals and service
